The Digital Business Ecosystem is being created by the DBE Project, which is a 3-year, €14m pan-European project, involving 120 researchers and specialists from 20 organisations, including some of the big names in computing and business. The project is supported by the European Commission’s 6th Framework Programme for research and development in Information Society Technologies.

* IT professional since \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'96 * International work experience from most areas of IT business, including sales, web design, software development, project management, consulting and partnership management * Speaker in many IT events, including Global Linux 2000 in Korea, Linux Expo Madrid 2001 in Spain and Open Source Content Management Systems Conference 2002 in Switzerland and Berkeley * Has held Web development courses and lectures in both English and Finnish * Development skills include Midgard, PHP, XML-RPC, HTML, CSS, Python and Linux. Also expertise in open data formats like RSS * Participant in many Open Source projects and communities, including Midgard, OpenPSA, TownPortal, AirQuake and Linux Greenhouse * Good management, organizational and presentation skills
