I will discuss how the lab protects software freedom, and how you can protect the freedom of your software. Legal technology alone isn't enough to keep Free Software free. It also takes diplomacy and strategy. I'll discuss the legal theory behind the GPL, and how a small organization can convince multinational corporations to comply with the GPL.
